About:

As a highly experienced Global Procurement Specialist with over 20 years in the Healthcare sector and Mother care products, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any procurement project. I have extensive experience in procurement, shipping & logistics, warehouse, ordering, and imports of medical equipment, instruments, implants, hospital furniture, medical refrigerators, sterilizers, mortuary units, and a variety of mother care products, including walkers, strollers, battery cars, slides, feeding bottles, and pacifiers etc.

I’ve dealt with several World famous multinational companies in America, Europe and Far East. 

Also, responsible for Brand manufacturing for mother care products, which is a quite famous brand in Saudi Arabia and known as KiKO.

Working Experience:

 Worked as a Procurement & Logistics Supervisor, Senior Foreign Buyer, Inventory Controller & Sales Coordinator and Trainer.

Responsibilities:

• Dealt with all kinds of procurement communication from RFQ, order placement till delivery to end customer and finalized the issues in a professional way, in a timely manner.
• Negotiations/communication with International Service Providers (suppliers/forwarders/agents).
• Professionally order placement with an effective covering letter, mentioning agreed terms and conditions. 
• Freight calculation, analysis, freight ordering.
• Shipping Insurance.
• Resolving discrepancies with suppliers/manufacturers.
• Requesting for replacements OR Credit Notes, in case of any damages/shortages, found in shipment(s).
• Direction and coordination with Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, Service departments to arrange smooth deliveries.
• Filing Insurance Claims.
• Strategy and planning to handle the huge Tender Orders and deliveries for Ministry of Health. 
• Member of in-house Quality & Regulatory Affairs and VAT Committee.
