Mulhem Hanif

I am a practicing lawyer who graduated back in 2020 with over 3 years of hands-on experience in various areas of legal practice, including constitutional, civil, and commercial litigation. 

I am currently working as a Legal Associate at Essani Law Associates, where I have honed my skills in drafting legal documents, preparing case bundles, and conducting research on complex legal issues. I have also gained experience in working with senior lawyers on high-profile cases, including those of national importance, and involving corporations and political figures.

I am a practicing lawyer who graduated back in 2020 with over 3 years of hands-on experience in various areas of legal practice, including constitutional, civil, and commercial litigation. 

My main area of practice revolves around constitutional, civil, and commercial litigation. I majorly practice in District Courts and monitor/look after junior associates which include cases in District Courts, Magisterial Courts, Banking Courts, Family Courts, Customs Court / Tribunals, Foreign Exchange Adjudication in State Bank of Pakistan, Labour Courts, National Industrial Relation Commission (NIRC), and Implementation Tribunal for Newspaper Employees (ITNE) including others. 

Whereas, on regular basis, I assisted my seniors in the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan in the form of research and drafting. The litigation work majorly included cases of national importance and matters of corporations and political figures of the country. The quantity, range, and choice of work I had helped bring the best out of me in the field of litigation.

In addition to the above, I also hold an in-depth understanding of complex corporate transactions including the execution of various corporate documents.

I completed my Bachelor's in Law (L.LB) from Hamdard University in 2020 with an overall CGPA of 3.4.
