Experienced and self-motivated General Manager bringing forth over more than 20 years of experience serving as an effective Project Manager in Telecomm industry. I am a hardworking, dedicated and enthusiastic individual with great interpersonal skills. I enjoy working with the public in a team environment or on my own initiative when required. My main objectives are to build on and further my current experience in a role which involves working in the field of Telecomm. For my future career, I would like to find a position which would enable me to develop and apply my current knowledge base as well as gaining more insight into the world of Telecommunication.

Currently working as General Manager (Optical Fiber Networks) where my Core responsibilities are:

• Managing entire projects from the design / planning stage, all the way through to completion of complex network designs
• Preparation and technical evaluation of bid documents.
• Mobilization of contractors.
• Supervision and onsite inspections of current projects.
• Manage, build and lead the project team (Project Management). 
• Successfully manage project costs and ensure the profitability of the project
• Streamline the delivery process by implementing processes and apply new technology
• Regularly liaise with the client to report on the project and ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved
• Work closely with the Project CEO to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Report in to stake holders and senior management on a regular basis
• Acceptance testing / Commissioning of FTTX / telecom systems and Optical Fiber cable etc.
