I have done my M. Phil (2013-2015) from National Centre of Excellence in Analytical Chemistry, University of Sindh Jamshoro, Pakistan. My M. Phil thesis title was "EVALUATION OF ROXARSONE IN POULTRY FEED AND LITTER”. I have demonstrated a consistent commitment to excellence, as evidenced by my strong academic performance and active involvement in this research project. I developed an electrochemical method for the determination of Roxarsone. So, I have expertise in the Field of Electrochemistry and speciation of Arsenic in poultry feed and litter and correlation with essential metals through atomic absorption spectroscopy.

I completed my PhD at the National Centre of Excellence in Analytical Chemistry, University of Sindh Jamshoro, Pakistan. The thesis title of my PhD was “ANALYTICAL PROFILING OF AQUATIC AND TERRESTRIAL PLANTS AND ESTIMATION OF THEIR PHYTOREMIDIATION CAPACITY FOR TRACE AND TOXIC ELEMENTS”. During my Ph.D. I have selected different aquatic and terrestrial plants (Halophytes) to evaluate their phytoremediation capacity to uptake heavy metals (Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Pb and Zn) from saline soil.

I have one year of experience as a “Research Fellow” through “Bursalri research scholarship Turkey”, in the Faculty of Pharmacy Department of Analytical Chemistry, Hacettepe University Sihhiye, Ankara, 06100, Turkey. I have done a project under the title of “TARGETED AND UNTARGETED METABOLOMIC PROFILE OF SELECTED PLANTS AND THEIR EVALUATION FOR PLANTS GROWTH AND VEGETATION PERIOD” by using different analytical techniques such as GC-MS and LC-MS.

I think this job offers me the possibility of receiving complete training as well as the opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary environment, of a highly qualified academic level. I am aware of the dedication and perseverance that is needed to achieve the best results in this field and I believe that my experience will allow me to get it. I think that it is an excellent opportunity for me to demonstrate my abilities and acquire new skills.

My highest education degree is PhD in Analytical Chemistry under the title of Analytical profiling of aquatic and terrestrial plants and estimating their phytoremediation capacity for trace and toxic elements. The phytoremediation technique is critical to reducing the trace and toxic metals from saline soil and reducing their environmental and biological impact. Trace and toxic elements which are easily uptake by halophytes can change the properties of targeted soil like their composition, loading rates, pH, organic matter and soil texture. Plants are a valuable economical choice for the farming of salt-tolerant plants having the capability to uptake and absorb a high concentration of salts from the root and absorb them in shoots and leaves and help to convert dead soil into fertilised soil.
