WHAT CAN I DO:
✅ Maintain individual provider files to include up-to-date information needed to complete the required governmental and commercial payer credentialing applications.
✅ Maintain internal provider grid to ensure all information is accurate and logins are available
✅ Update each provider’s CAQH database file timely according to the schedule published by CMS
✅ Complete credentialing applications to add providers to commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid
✅ Complete re-credentialing applications for commercial payers
✅ Credential new providers and re-credential current providers with hospitals at which they hold staff privileges
✅ Maintain accurate provider profiles on CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS databases
✅ Form submission to different Insurance companies like Humana, United, Signa, Aetna, Anthem, Medicare, Medicate, BlueCross Blue Shield etc..
✅ Take follow up for the Credentialing applications and maintain the record.
✅ Other duties as assigned

✅ Knowledge and understanding of the credentialing process.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and internet resources
✅ Ability to research and analyze data.
✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✅ Plans and prioritizes to meet deadlines
✅ Excellent customer service skills; communicates clearly and effectively

Mean while in Medical Billing Services I am having complete knowledge of following.
1: To check Eligibility and verification of patient’s health benefits from insurance carrier’s website and by Phone.
2 :Full Patient Demographics, Insurance Information, Charge Entry, and Payment Posting.
3: Broad knowledge on claims follow-up for all insurances (Government ,Worker Compensation ,No Fault and Commercials Carriers).
4: Insurance claims submission (primary, secondary or tertiary)
5: Super bill review
6: Daily, Monthly and annual AR Financial reports preparation - Custom reports where required - Patient billing as per instructions
7: Appeals
