My working experience in supply chain is almost 11 years 

7 years working in SAP since Mar 2013 to Mar 2020, (Inbound operation, out bound operation, Stock management, materiel management).  Analyzing planning supply chain cycle and processes.  Insure all SAP transition & high command in ACW. Also command in demand, planning, stock movement, CDP report, MHE’s handling with PIT’s and properly labor utilization.  Production Planning and RP (Raw and Packing) management for production.  Conduct Logistics Route Analysis for Variable Distribution Cost Optimization.  Budgeting and managing fixed distribution cost and variable distribution cost with Supply Chain factory manager  Warehouse Layout Pattern Planning for FEFO management and high inflow of stocks.  Supervise dispatch of batches in vehicles/ trailers and tracking of goods in transit  Responsible for stock level management at warehouse, Inventory at factories, warehouse safety, and achieving related KPIs.  Manage stock demand planning, sale, production and quality product.  Strategically plan and manage Logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.  Facility management, control and follow up Logistics movement.  Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.  Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.  Resolved any arising problems and complaints.  Managing staff training issues and motivated members of the team.  Working on new Supply strategies and vehicle routes.  Maintained metrics and analyzed data to assess performance and implement improvement.  Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and approaching job results.  Worked closely with Demand planning, Sale, and Production & Quality team.

Bachelor in computer science and IR from Sargodha University.  Master in Supply chain Management Specialized (Distribution Management, Logistics & Procurement) from Iqra University
