Looking for a Challenging position with a dynamic group that will permit me to utilize the skills develops through educational / technical / experienced background. Currently working as a Manager Production of 14 Years hand on experience of Crude Oil Refinery Units including CDU, NHT, Reformer, ISOM, Amine Sweetening, Merox, WWTP and Flare system at specialized in supervising Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Operations, Distributed Control Systems, process monitoring, Advance Control System, evaluation, optimization, plant modifications, performance evaluation and trouble shooting, Procedure development for safe startup & shutdown, and emergency shutdown & turnaround. Energy conservation plans, Budget, HSE audits, Accident Reporting, Investigation and SAP System. Assign as a role of HSE & PSM coordinator in production Department for implement of DuPont process safety. Also involve in Crude storage, Tanker discharging via SPM and Finish Product handling. 

Cope well under pressure, communicate effectively and interact supportively within a team environment. I have also taken part in Commissioning & start-up of Cnergyico Pk Limited (Formerly Byco Oil Pakistan Limited).
