1- University Medical Center (UMC) a Project of UMT as Senior Manager Hospital Operations (20-09-2022 to Still).
Job Responsibilities
- Liaison with Government departments and Agencies for smooth operations of hospitals.
- Handling and managing PHC visits and ensure all requirements for their Certificates and registration.
- Develop complete project of UMC 31 Beds hospital.
- To contract with Consultants and allied health professionals as per UMT policy.
- To implement CPSA’s & MSDS (Clinical & Non-Clinical) as per PHC.
- Handling of all Marketing including Bill Boards, TVC, Radio, Cable and Social Media Campaigns.
- Supervise and manage all day to day Administrative and Hospital Operational activities.
- Handling of overall Procurements of Hospital as per Policies.
- Implementing Quality Standards as per MSDS and ensure Compliances.
- To assess plans and evaluate future expansion of Hospital and present to Management.
- To manage and supervise Repair & Maintenance and Bio-Medical Departments.
- To manage and supervise Medical Record Department of Hospital.
- Monitor Compliance to legal guidelines, internal policies and quality standards.
- To develop annual budgets for the Hospital and/or perform Periodic cost and productivity analysis.
- Ensuring and maintaining complete log books of hospital machineries and vehicles.
- Train and develop and manage human resources with motivation at all level.

2- Arif Memorial Teaching Hospital as Manager Administrations & Operations (2-03-2020 to 20-09-2022).

- Handling and managing PMC, HEC, PHC, UHS, PNC, PNRA visits and ensure all requirements for their Certificates and registration.
- Supervise and develop complete project of 300 Beds Hameed Latif Complex-II hospital and Hameed Latif Medical College.
- To hire faculty, consultants, doctors, nurses, paramedic and support staff according to requirements of PMC, HEC, PHC, PNC.
- Handling of all Marketing including Bill Boards, TVC, Radio, Cable and Social Media Campaigns.
- To maintain and update according KPI of PHC, PMC portal.
- Supervise and manage all day to day Administrative and Hospital Operational activities.
- Handling of overall Procurements of Hospital as per Policies.

- Upgrade SMH to 250 Beds teaching hospital as per requirements of PMDC & PHC.
- Arrange faculty and consultants as per requirements of PMDC.
- Developing HR Policies and Plans for Hospital and conducting Interviews and short-listing Process.
- Implementing complete MSDS (Clinical and Non-Clinical) and ensure their Compliances.
- Handling of Day-to-Day Hospital Administrative and Operational activities as per SOP’s (Transport, Store, CSSD, Waste Management, House Keeping, Marketing and Procurement).
