i am an ERP Functional Consultant, Working from last 3 years as Consultant. i have completed 2 end to end Implementation and also working for more than 7 clients as a Support consultant.

Working as a Functional Finance Consultant to different Clients in GCC countries.
Managing the Support trackers System through Dev Ops and SharePoint.
Major Areas are Financial Management Modules:
Support through Ticketing system based on SLA and following KPI to different Clients in GCC.
Hands on Experience in MS D365 Finance Modules along with Product and information management, Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Organization admin, System administration, Human Resource as well as I have good knowledge of preparing Workflows, email Notification, Alerts, and Security roles.
I also have good command on Preparing all the required functional Documents like, FRD, FDD, SDD, Training Manual and Fit Gap Analysis.
Part of the Team for Historical DATA Migration, KSA E-Invoicing Projects and Implementation Project of MS D365 F&O
Provided end-user training to improve adoption and utilization of D365 Finance functionalities, leading to increased efficiency and user satisfaction
