I am capable of working under a lot of stress and pressure. Rather than being overwhelmed by challenging situations, I tend to stay composed and focused, using the pressure as a driving force to excel in my tasks.

One of my strengths is paying attention to the smallest details while still being able to see the big picture. This dual ability allows me to have a comprehensive understanding of situations and make well-informed decisions.

I am usually soft and easy-going, but sometimes I do get overwhelmed, which can make me either shut off or lose my cool. I find that I can handle a lot of stress and pressure in my everyday life, but there are moments when I become overwhelmed, especially when faced with sudden and unexpected challenges. I've noticed that I am highly sensitive and easily affected by my surroundings, which means I tend to pick up on subtle cues and changes in the environment, sometimes leading to feelings of being overwhelmed.

I understand the importance of developing self-control to avoid showing excessive emotions in adverse situations. It's something I'm working on to maintain a sense of calm and collectedness most of the time, even when faced with overwhelming circumstances. I recognize that it's okay to feel overwhelmed occasionally, but I'm striving to handle such situations more gracefully and maintain composure. Through self-awareness and practice, I believe I can improve my ability to navigate through overwhelming moments without losing my cool.
