I manage projects either through emergency, early recovery and development phases during in all phases specially development often involves identifying a range of concept options and investigating the feasibility of each option. While managing construction activities, I use a wide skill set to complete project planning tasks where I'll be responsible for managing safety, quality, environmental, risk, resources, time & stakeholders. Every project is unique and rewarding with it's own challenges to overcome. 

Working in social sector we are not only have technical expertise but have socially skilled as well. Community and stakeholder engagement is an important aspect of my role as a civil engineer. It allows me to identify and address community needs and concerns in terms of the final product delivered and possible impacts during construction.

Engineering solutions can do more that improve safety and network efficiency and be economically viable. I believe sustainable and innovative solutions can be implemented in any design and construction materials and processes.

So whether it is civil contract management or project management in the form of project development or delivery - I have the skills, passion and determination to make every project a success.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a motivated and devoted individual having than ten years of professional experience with Corporate / INGO,s Sectors mainly focusing in emergency ,early recovery and sustainable development project on water, and sanitation ,hygiene promotion (WASH), CPI, shelters in integration with DRR, Food security & livelihood ,infrastructure development, capacity building of staff (co-workers) community and line department. I have worked in earthquake/flood disasters that hit Pakistan in 2010 as TDP,s/complex emergency in KPK province Pakistan. I have good experience in the field and office and have worked with different communities. I am a self-motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking professional and proved to be a well-organized and effective communicator. I am able to work on my own initiative and have facilities and to support the team. I am able to effectively capitalize on new ideas and opportunities and can add up any environment. Recently, I have completed various projects with ACF international, Islamic Relief Pakistan, Merlin ,Cesvi, Handicap international, Oxfam,GB, PRSP in KPK and currently working as a "Deputy Manager Water Supply & Sewerage and now Construction Manager at Bahria Town Islamabad .
