• Preparation of monthly financial collections result, & Quarterly forecasts, and completion of the reporting requirements.
• Prepare stock levels and performing inventory reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed analysis of accounts, prepare month-end reports, and presented findings to top level management.
• Provide supervision of the annual internal & external audits.
• Act as a coordinator and go-between for corporate office and local brokers in the development of company insurance policies.
• Suggest modifications and improvements to existing processes and help in the evaluation of such changes.
• Prepare & reviewing weekly accounts Receivable and their authorization.
• Conduct a review of the monthly business activity statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Key in entries and maintain the company's general ledger.
• Manage donation collections and receipts issuance also support Resource development department in donations collections, managing bank accounts.
• Reconciliations of online donations via portals Vs remittances in different banks.
• Timely deposits and financial reporting of daily deposits.
• Review general accounting functions, including but not limited to, cash reconciliations, bank account statement reconciliations, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts receivable transactions, recording of revenue and expenses,
• Review and ensure all transactions are assigned to appropriate accounts.
• Coordinate with banks for resolving compliance matters & maintain professional banking relationship.
