As a Cheif Operator  PAchem Global Pvt Ltd,Faisalabad Petrochemical (Aromatics ) Production & Refining complex. 
Process Summary:
Partial oxidation of Ortho Xylene using BASF catalyst in Vertical Fixbed Tubular Reactors having 11000 tubes is produced Phthalic Anhydride as main product
Plant has a production capacity of,36000 tons p/a Phthalic Anhydride.The reaction is an exothermic one and heat produced is recovered by a Salt bath circulation system in reactors and then used to produced Steam.Phthalic Anhydride  is purified by a contineous Vacuum Distillation in two columns and finally stored in the form of Flakes.
Monitor and Control the plants using the DCS systems and SUPCON ECS700.

Reverse  Osmosis  Plant  having  capacity  12 m3 /h
Cooling  Tower having Capacity  2000 m3 
Thermal Oil Heater coal firing  3.7 KW
