Assistant Manager Purchasing

• Researching potential vendors.
•  According to Internal Product Order give the Purchase Order to vendors.
•  Motivating, Supporting and providing guidance to vendors.
•  Travelling Goods between vendors for different process through ERP and randomly visiting physically check.
•  Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
•  Making daily goods receiving and issuance report.
•  Keeping follow up for all orders and processing items.
•  Communicating regularly with senior management regarding problems and issues about purchase.
•  Evaluating vendors for unannounced audit form customer’s requirements.
•  Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team.

• Making daily efficiency and warp&weft report
•  Recruiting new workers in production department
•  Checking over time and attendance of workers on daily basis Submit leaves, CPL and all types of application or production workers after sign of senior management to Time Office.
