  • Accomplished 5% YoY reduction in Customer and Consumer Complaint via leading end to end root cause and structural changes in operation

  • Managing Exception, Deviations on work processes, Observations, Quality System Failure and Corrective Action and Preventive Action

  • Using Veeva Vault Quality One Electronic Document Management System for site documents (SOPs, Validation, OPLs, Job Aids etc.)

  • Successful implementation of Computer System Validation (CSV) for Port Qasim Plant 
  • Assembled a team from the lab and operations
  • Trained and Qualified lab and operation on CSV
  • Shared responsibility for building, validating, and automating new and existing computer system
