Skilled in higher education, leadership, instructional design, assessment, student partnership and educational technology. PhD in information system, specializing in ERP systems and software engineering from University of Manchester, UK.  I possess competencies of strategic planning and direction, organizational planning, IT governance and project management.

Developing personality, communication, leadership and soft skills is my passion. Technical training, teaching, system enhancement, research, publishing, and supervising research are my engagements. I have a special interest in continuous system improvement, up-skilling of staff and capacity building of my team.
