About Muhamamd Ishtiaq:

As a young and motivated individual I am extremely interested in submitting an application for the new hiring in your well known organization.

 

In July 2010 I completed my B. com (Hons) studied also obtained a certificate in Bachelor of Commerce. This has given me range of practical capabilities that will meet the needs of this role.

 

While completing my B. com studies I worked as an Accounts and Administration officer for Young Blood Foundation. My responsibilities in this role included provide online E-mail services, Managing Accounts also conversation with International NGO’s about International Standard. This position give me key employ ability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast paced work environment.

 

Now I have been working in B. A Naz property Advisor from two years in accounts Supervision. My responsibilities in this role included face to face customer services. To supervise all Accounts activities from day start today end in different projects offices also supervise all cash related activities etc.

In 2018 August I also completed my master studies in M. Com from University of Central Punjab

Responsibilities:                               

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations of property.
  • To complete all document for approval of Town from TMA.
  • Manage and complete general ledger journal entries and cash balances
  • Ensures accuracy of all general ledger information
  • Process accounts receivable and review accounts payable for each respective property
  • Responsible for bank reconciliations
  • Reviews Balance Sheets and Income Statements per property to verify account balances
