Duties and Responsibilities during Ultrasound & Radiology training. 
• Performing the ultrasound and ensuring the transducer (probe) is capturing images correctly
• Explaining the ultrasound procedure to patients in order to avoid confusion
• Maintaining ultrasound equipment and sterilizing the room in which the procedure takes place
• Presenting images and preliminary findings to physicians and the healthcare team
• Maintaining patient records and adding medical notes related to the ultrasound procedure
•  Moves transducer by hand over specified area of body and observes sound wave display screen to monitor the quality of the ultrasound image produced.
• ultrasound testing to view the fetus in the womb to determine size, weight and/or gender, along with any potential problems with the fetus
• Review examination images, synthesize examination results, and prepare the preliminary findings.
•  Reviewing and interpreting medical images to determine patient status and future medical care
• Determining the exact images required for diagnosis and delivering orders 
•  Administering trace amounts of radioactive substances to create and enhance diagnostic images
• Performing minimally invasive surgical techniques with image guidance 
• Working with primary care doctors, nurses and radiology technicians to administer treatment and manage pain
