A Public Health graduate from the University of Health Sciences, with a BS in Public Health and certifications including NEBOSH International General Certificate and IOSH Managing Safely. Advanced expertise in HSE documentation, safety auditing, and risk assessment. 

Contributed to safety audits and risk assessments as a Safety Assistant in HSE department at Pak Builder, supporting workplace safety and compliance. I have also demonstrated leadership and coordination skills by managing large-scale health awareness initiatives like Breast cancer awareness and Embracing Adulthood in UHS, overseeing planning, logistics, and stakeholder engagement. Alongside my HSE experience, I have gained diverse exposure in public health, community social welfare, and research environments. I have designed assessment surveys for vulnerable populations, supported welfare initiatives, conducted a KAP research study on rural mothers’ child nutrition, and contributed to healthcare awareness and fundraising campaigns. These experiences strengthened my adaptability, communication, stakeholder engagement, and ability to manage diverse situations effectively, demonstrating strong versatility across both community and professional settings.
