Some words about my previous work:
I have served as country manager aftermarket at VPL Limited Pakistan, and also worked as GM sales at Alhoorani automatic (UAE), also worked as Group supply chain manager at Panasian Group (Holding organization of VPL Limited).
During my tenure, I have been fortunate enough to work with principals i.e., Volvo Trucks, Volvo Bus, Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Penta, Sandvik, UD Trucks, SDLG, ZF, Golden Dragon Buses, and Yuchai Engines.
I have successful managed to achieve yearly targets assigned not only by my organizations but also been able to achieve targets agreed and assigned by the principals.
I have worked on business planning, LPA system, after-market parts sales potential calculation for yearly targets, in-depth working on aftermarket parts pricing within the region, worked with GTO and received an enhancement in credit days & credit volume, worked on absorption for organization stability, DSO management, stocks lead time management, Business KPI’s and management, VOSP and VOR management.
I have been able to manage teams across Pakistan and also in UAE for levant countries.
