• Handling of Free hand and Nomination import shipments of Air & Sea (FCL & LCL).
• Set up rates desk and negotiation of rates from origin offices for import shipments.
• Working as Sales and Customer Services Support. 
• International Correspondence and verifications of all Import documents of Air and Sea.
• Application of freight forwarding Incoterms e.g., EXW, FOB, FCA, CPT, DPU, and DDP.
• Grip on software like DMP, Pegasus and Quotation Module.
• All Operational and logistical work to maintain records of all shipments and documents.
• Data entry, invoice issuance and job closing for both free hand as well as nomination business.
• Responding to all customer complaints or queries in an efficient manner.
• Negotiating costs with suppliers, couriers and other third parties.
• Keep in touch with Importers until the consignment reaches its destination.
• Handling of DGR shipments.
• Handle Console shipments and verifications of all Import.
• Check Shipment Pre-alert documents before shipment arrival at destination. 
• Pre alert documents provide to shipper and Issuance of subsequent Delivery Order.
• Coordinate with local vendors for customs clearance.
