Having more than Four years of experience in the field of Client Service and working as a Project Coordinator.

I am currently learning about Project Management and the Scrum framework. 

The software that currently I am using for support are:
Zendesk, Five9, Bigcommerce, Shopify, Zoho, Crisp, Olark, Vonage, Stripe, Shipstation, Freshdesk. 

The software that currently I am using for Project Management are:
Jira, Trello, Asana, and Zoho CRM.

-Coordinate between the production and sales teams to assign various projects.

-Understand the requirements of complex projects from the client, compile the description and post the project on the project management portal and coordinate with production managers/team to complete the project.

-Manage the project portal and the sales sheet and update all information, data, feedback, stats, etc.

-Coordinate directly with a client once a project is awarded, deliver the work, update the client promptly and take care of revisions/feedback.

-Prepare the scope of work, document it, and share the details with the production team and sales agent.
