Mateen Jabbar

I am Mateen Jabbar. I did my BSc (Hons) in Medical Laboratory technology and after that, I completed my MPhil in Molecular Biology from the National Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology. During my graduation, I gained practical knowledge about clinical laboratories like Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Hematology, chemical pathology, and immunology. After graduation, I also worked as a Medical Lab technologist in a reputable lab of Pakistan and I worked in the Covid lab during the pandemic. I also worked in a private hospital lab as an Assistant Molecular Biologist. Currently, I am working as a Molecular Application specialist in Global Marketing Services, Pakistan. My responsibilities include troubleshooting, training lab staff, qPCR, protocol development, and analysis of results. I also have experience in research work as I did during my graduation as well as my MPhil. Moreover, I also have an international publication.

I worked as a Medical Lab technologist in Chughtai Laboratories, Pakistan from June 10, 2020, to October 20, 2021. My responsibilities were to perform Molecular testing especially Covid testing (qPCR), Q/A, Q/C, analysis, and reporting of results.

I also worked in a Fraooq hospital lab as an Assistant Molecular Biologist from May 17, 2021, to October 20, 2021. Currently, I am working as a Molecular Application specialist in Global Marketing Services, Pakistan. My responsibilities include troubleshooting, training lab staff, qPCR, protocol development, and analysis of results. I also have experience in research work as I did during my graduation as well as my MPhil. Moreover, I also have an international publication.

I passed my secondary school education exam in science from the govt high school Baghbanpura, Lahore, attaining 81% marks. Then I did my FSc (Pre Medical) from the Lahore Board of education attaining 81% marks. I did my bachelors in Medical Laboratory Technology from the school of Allied health sciences, University of health sciences, Lahore, Pakistan. After that, I did my MPhil in Molecular Biology at the National Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology, Punjab University, Lahore, Pakistan.
