About Maryem Sohail:
I am a graduate of bachelor's in business administration with majors in HR from Bahria University. Pursuing a career in human resources (HR) because I believe it offers a unique opportunity to work closely with people, helping to shape the workforce and culture of an organization. As a member of HR team, I had the opportunity to observe and work on different HR areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management and policies implementation. Through all I have observed as an HR professional I would say it is a versatile field that not only provides career flexibility and progression opportunities but also has a huge contribution in the success of any organization.
Experience
I have served as HR Internee in ZTBL, HQ one of Pakistan's number one agriculture bank. Later I joined a restaurant called Da sizzling Bites as an HR Supervisor. Lastly, I have worked as Customer Relations Manager in a firm Digit Consulting. I have almost 6months of work experience overseeing different HR related activities like talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations and policy development and implementation. Apart from that, I have several extra-curricular certifications like BOB Digital Marketing Consortium, CRM, Creating a messenger Chatbot Technical workshop by Perth, Australia, Expression of Freedom by Amnesty International, Germany. Also, I have volunteered in different organization like ITP, organizing a donation campaign for Turkey Flood Victim and organizing a World Environmental Day. Im also a self-taught Artist.

I have done my bachelor's in business administration from Pakistan's one of renowned university, Bahria University, Islamabad campus.
