I have previously worked in a hotel industry I started my career 10 years back as a Chef, than I have done many others hospitality related jobs. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

Answer inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and other amenities

Register guests and assign rooms

Process payments and handle cash transactions

Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Ensure all guests are checked out properly and all charges are accurate

Monitor and update guest accounts

Assist with other departments as needed

Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations

Perform daily audits of guest accounts and charges

Update and maintain guest information in the hotel system provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and other amenities.

Event Manager

● Answered customer questions and resolved service issues in a timely manner.

● Diagnosed customer issues and solving them ,consulting with clients, managing budgets, booking venues, contacting guests and speakers, promoting the event, and liaising with suppliers.

● Handling complete projects, decor catering, stage setting, managing kitchen stuff. 

●Managing conferences, ceremonies, cultural events, exhibitions, formal parties.

● Managing kitchen work, dealing with chefs, keep an eye on required things.

● Quality check to provided high level services to satisfy customer and how to increase sales

● Ordered supplies for decoration and kept inventory at optimal levels.

● Coordinated equipment repairs and maintenance.

Chef de Partie


● Follow directions and maintain good working relationships with supervisors and managers

● Assist Sous Chef in training and developing Second Cooks and new staff, setting them up for success

● Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self-development

● Manage and maintain a clean working environment

● Complete all work assigned by the management in any section of the kitchen or restaurant.

● Assisting the Chef de Partie to ensure that food standards are maintained according to established recipes and standards

● Perform all tasks as directed by the Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals

● Establishes and maintains effective colleague relations and inter-departmental working relations

●Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering

●Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

●Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes

●Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
