Maria Bashir

I am a committed legal professional with over four years of experience in corporate law, litigation, and regulatory compliance. I specialize in contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution (including mediation and arbitration), and corporate governance.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Legal Advisor at JamHex Company and its eight subsidiaries, where I provide strategic legal counsel, manage compliance frameworks, oversee litigation, and support policy development for complex joint ventures.

Previously, I have worked with Relief International, Secure Logistics Group, and Peace and Justice Network, contributing to the resolution of trade disputes, humanitarian legal compliance, and organizational policy formulation. My background also includes experience in international trade law through my tenure at S.U. Khan Associates, and legal research focused on humanitarian law and international conflict.

I hold an LLB (Hons) from the International Islamic University Islamabad and am licensed to practice in the High Court, lower courts, and special tribunals. I am also a member of the Islamabad Bar Council and Islamabad Bar Association.
