Experience
For approximately past four years, I’ve worked in different actuarial roles in life insurance industry, starting from the product development and valuation to IFRS 17 implementation. Over last one year, I have developed technical knowledge around the key actuarial elements of IFRS 17 including level of aggregation, measurement models and transition approaches. Currently, I’m key member IFRS 17 modelling team in Pakistan’s leading private life insurance.
Education
I’ve attained my professional certification of Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) this year and currently waiting for result of fellowship exam ‘Life Product Management – ILA-LPM’. Additionally, I also opted for IFRI Certification (six-month comprehensive program on IFRS 17 that includes four days final assessment test to earn certification). Currently, waiting for my result of IFRI Program
