Assalam_k_alaikum , i am Dr Maham anwar , I have completed my mbbs in 2016 after that I did one year house job in four major fields . 

I have 2 years work experience as a demonstrator in biochemistry at reknown medical university . In 2019 I started my residency programme which is of 2 years diploma in anaesthesia from civil hospital affiliated with Dow university. 2021 i cleared my mcps programme in first attempt. 

Currently I am working as a specialist Anesthesia in SIUT . It's almost being 2 years of my working experience . 

I have expertise in general anesthesia , epidurals , caudal in pedeas urology . I conduct and observed kidney transplant cases ( both donor and recipient).

Scope of work: independent, doubled with consultant
-Theatre list management either independently or with consultant.
-Pre Operative assessment of patients including discussion about
mode of anaesthesia, analgesia, risks and concerns.
-Cases including but not limited to general surgery, urology,
paediatric surgery, vascular, ENT/Maxillofacial, Robotic surgery and
Renal transplant
-Critical care management in SICU and Transplant ICU
-On table teaching of post graduate trainees and BS students.
-Provide anesthesia outside of operating theatre such as CT scan,
MRI, Radiotherapy and ERCP independently.

-Preoperative consults and patient counselling Peri-operative
anaesthesia management (adults , paediatrics and geriatrics)
-Updating and maintain patient records (intra-operative and
postoperative events)
-Emergency management ( RTA , burns , sepsis, head trauma etc )
Obstetric emergencies, elective C-sections , labour epidurals -
—management of Day care surgeries
-Expertise in reginal anaesthesia and invasive lines ( arterial and
central venous line )
-Dealing with anaesthesia emergencies ICU management , surgical
and trauma patients
—Working with a team to ensure co- ordination and best patient
management even in a pressurized environment.
-Managing and intubating patients in covid icu and expo-field.
