Madiha Saleem

I am Madiha Saleem, Lecturer in Chemistry at the University of Sialkot (USKT), Pakistan, with an M.Phil. in Organic Chemistry from the University of the Punjab, Lahore (2018). I hold M.Phil in Organic Chemistry and have experience teaching Organic, Inorganic, Physical, and Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry along with related laboratory work. My teaching approach emphasizes conceptual clarity, critical thinking, and the practical application of chemical principles. I have experience in lesson planning, curriculum delivery, student assessment, and conducting laboratory experiments while maintaining strict safety standards.

As an educator, I strive to create an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking. I integrate modern teaching methodologies, Zoom, AI tools, digital resources, and real world examples to help students understand complex chemical concepts effectively.

I am particularly interested in teaching in Dubai due to its diverse academic environment and focus on high-quality education. I believe my strong subject knowledge, dedication to student success, and ability to work in multicultural settings align well with the expectations of educational institutions in the UAE.

With strong academic background and hands on experience of teaching at undergraduate level of more than 6 years. I have been serving as a lecturer in chemistry at esteemed institute University of Sialkot, Sialkot, Pakistan since 2019. My acadmic and administrative responsilibities include Teaching, Class Advisor, MS Student Research Supervision & Co-Supervision, Examination & DQEC Focal Person, Event Organizer, SAR QEC Program Team (PT) Focal Person, Invigilation Duties, BOS Member Curriculum & Scheme of Studies Revision, Panel Member of MS Chemistry Admissions Test &Interviews. I did M.Phil in Organic Chemistry from University of the Punjab, Lahore in 2018. My research cover Synthesis and Biological Assessment of Novel Thiohydantoin-Acetophenone Composites.I have experience teaching Organic, Inorganic, Physical, and Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry along with related laboratory work.
