Madiha Mehmood

 I began my career as an Invigilator at the British Council, developing strong coordination and communication skills. Later, I spent 5 years at United Bank Limited (UBL) as a Senior Officer – CPU, where I handled centralised processing, customer operations, and branch support with accuracy and professionalism.

I hold a Master’s in Economics from the International Islamic University and a B.Sc. from Quaid-i-Azam University. I’ve also cleared JAIBP ISQ Stage 1 and am actively progressing through the next stages to expand my banking expertise.

I’m passionate about customer service excellence, problem-solving, and improving operational efficiency. My strengths include attention to detail, timely decision-making, and maintaining smooth workflow under pressure.
