Experience

I have worked as a backend developer on Udhaar Book which is a fintech application that started as a ledger management app, but since then, has grown enormously to provide monetary services to its customer like recharges and bill payments through e-wallet. The tech stack used for the backend was Django with the REST Framework. To ensure high availability and lower latency, Celery task queues were used to communicate with the 3rd party recharge and billing services.

Currently, I am working on a trade promotion management system using the Nest JS framework. A Trade Promotion management system allows the companies to create and run their promotions in a managed way and analyze the returns of the promotion during or after the promotion has been run.

Education

I completed my Bachelor's in Software Engineering from the University of Karachi in 2020 with a good score of 3.32 CGPA.
