To attend & generate new RFQs (enquires), review coasting and to send quotation. Follow-up for the submitted quotation, negotiation for orders to plan and execute, customer orders as per agreed delivery schedule by following up and coordination with Production, Purchase, Dispatch and Engineering departments.

Sales Promotion Activities like participation in exhibition, Product Catalogue & Website updating

To handle customer’s Specification, Correspondences and Technical Drawings, from inquiry to closer stage, Reply on technical complain up to the satisfactory level of customers.  Analysis of Orders on hand& Enquiries received to meet with Targeted Sales

To prepare various reports like sales budget, sales forecast &other MIS  Review of LC, Payment collection.  Customer feedback collection handling customer complaints and provide after Sales Service.
