M.Farooq Sohail Hashmi

I am 57 years of age and having more than thirty four years’ experience of teaching and administration. After completing my degree (MA English Language & Literature) I worked with different educational institutions as mentioned in my CV. My result-oriented approach has won me success in handling the teachers as well as the admin staff. I have more than 22 years’ experience as principal. I worked at APS &C Boys Multan as principal from April 01, 2013 to July 20, 2021 and presently working as Principal APS &C Rawat Islamabad.

I have worked independently in the areas of hiring, training the faculty, planning, executing and analyzing academics, administration and target market; developing and monitoring scheme of studies, conducting evaluations and assessments, formulating feedbacks, organizing and managing presentations and workshops on academics and event managements also mentioned in my experience letter.  Details of all the trainings that I have disseminated to the students and staff been mentioned in my CV. 

Responsibilities: 

• To develop and maintain liaison between the faculty and administration. 
• To ensure implementation of instruction and policies approved and recommended by the head office/formation. 
• To streamline the academic session targeting on the tradition of optimizing excellent results.(have attained 100% result in HSSC & GPA of 5.83/6.00 in SSC last year)
• To launch extracurricular activities in the campus(Have won inter regional Football & Squash championships this year) 
• To meet and promote the Academic cadre and excellence of Colleges in the vicinity.
• Led the members of the Faculty and coordinated in conducting class lectures and special sessions as resource person, which resulted in maximum pass percentage every year. 
• Conducted staff training sessions and brought academic symmetry among the staff members. 

With such experience, I have gained exceptional skills in developing a close relationship with co-workers as well as a strong ability to communicate, motivate, and guide them in their jobs. I believe those qualities shall contribute significantly to the success of your organization as well.
