• Preparation of CAD-drawings before execution of work conversion of Chinese drawingsto as per Client NHA specification and sends for approval to Australian consultantSMEC
• Conducting meetings betweenChinese and ClientNHA and minutes of meetings shared with Consultant for further approvalof site work
• Survey of 56km patch before Earthwork.
• Execution of work as per NHA-sharp drawings.
• Supervision of Layout before Earthwork.
• Earthwork includingfilling, compaction, Sub base, Base, trenches on base for fiber and Asphalt etc.
• IntelligentTransportation system installation (ITS)
• Construction of Interchanges, Rest Areas and services Areas.
• Section management 56km from Ubaro to Ghotki.
• Construction of Camp, Serviceareas including Motet, Mosque, Fuel station, Restaurant, NHA- Residence buildingand motorway policeresidence as per Consultant approved drawings.
• Trafficsafety work installation of boards, Road marking, cat eyes, Anti-glare shield and reflectors.
• Landscape work supervision including plantation of400.000 plants on both sides.
• Site machinery management for construction work
• Market survey all over Pakistan for material hunting
• Hiring of a local contractors and subcontractors for site executionactivities and materials
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
• Meetings with PD and RE for approval of RFI
• Conducting visit of delegation NHA-GM
• Maintenance work on Motorway after any incident
• Completion of punch list activities and reports submission to section PD Repair of rain cut on motorwaygradient after flood.
