1. Performance Excellence Award: Successfully designed PE recipes for blown film, resulting in substantial cost savings of 100 million, recognized me with the Performance Excellence Award in 2023.
2. Troubleshooting: Demonstrated expertise in analyzing and resolving various issues encountered in flexible laminates at customer machines, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction
3. Supplier Relationship Management: Maintained effective communication and strong relationships with raw material suppliers such as ExxonMobil, Avient, LCI, Borouge, and Sabic, ensuring the development of cost effective and innovative solutions for packing industry.
