 I have extensive experience in setting up and managing teams and infrastructure. I have experience in training and managing high performance teams. I have mostly worked for US based companies serving Fortune 500 clients. I have extended experience in IT  (development and team management). I have headed HR department for an organization of over 500 employees. Job functions included hiring, training, day to day monitoring of tasks, establishing and maintaining SLA and KPIs.
