OFFICER LOGISTICS/STORE & WAREHOUING 12 MAY To PRESENT Zameen.com  Daily receiving of good from the vendors after quality check.  Inspection of the printing material from audit department after receiving.  Daily maintain ITN (Inter transfer note),ITRN (Inter transfer receipt note) from other locations of the offices.  Daily enter (GRN) all the data in the system  Daily issuance of goods from store.  Daily put all the issuance in the systems.  Daily physical count.  Monthly stock take count.  Daily issuance/Return of Asset to/from new/Resigned employee like (Mobile, Laptop, sim, internet devices)  Cleaning of store on daily basis and fumigation  done on daily basis.


INVENTORY/OPERATION EXECUTIVE 18 JAN 2021 To Feb 2022 OLX MALL E-COMMERCE WAREHOUSE  Control Inbound and Outbound Inventory.  Check Quality of the Received Items.  Maintain The Stocks Rotation Inventory LIFO&FIFO.  According to the WMS After QC Locate and Put away All the inventory According to WMS Location System.  Lead the team on the floor and maintain shift to fulfil all orders on time.  Monitor the situation of the orders at the time of Picking & Packing and Handed Over to Logistics Department.  Control sorting of all the parcels and handover to 3PL (Third Party Logistics) for Delivery.  Solves customers complaints related to warehouse.  Mmonthly stock Take.  Daily cycle count of the physically inventory.  Daily put all the data in the system of the received goods.  Daily maintain vendors invoices and send to finance for billing.  Monthly orders details is being shared with the management to make the work flow smooth.  Weekly meeting with the team to discuss the issues.  Monthly packing material count.
