Job Responsibilities:

• To maintain the Budget Grant of the O/o the Auditor General of Pakistan (ID-1161) along with four Sub IDs being maintained by this office at AGPR Sub Office Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta respectively.
• To maintain Sanction/Available strength of the officers/officials of this office.
• To deal with the appropriations/re-appropriations of the Budget Grant pertaining to various heads of Accounts.
• To mark Appropriations on almost every file of Admn-II and Admn-III sections involving budget consumption and record of appropriations are maintain in both hard and soft forms.
• Reconciliation of Expenditure with AGPR Islamabad (ID-1161) on monthly basis and processing the transfer entries for any variation. 
• To prepare Revised Estimates and Budget Estimates for the O/o the Auditor General of Pakistan.
• Moreover, undersigned has also been entrusted the additional duty of inspection of hired houses.
