• To check & plan the maintenances schedules and necessary arrangements & perform the Corrective & Preventive maintenances for Gas Generators, Diesel Generators and its accessories to minimize the downtimes, damages and smooth operation of machinery as per manufacturer recommendations.

• To check & record the log data and efficiency of electrical equipments before and after maintenances and during its operation and perform suitable corrective actions for better operation of machines.

• To consult with General Manager Energy Division for any further modification and improvement of system.

• To provide the necessary working safety arrangements for the staff for doing any kind of maintenance & operation jobs by them.

• To look after the subordinate staff working activities as per requirement.

• To raise the ERP coding request & requisitions for spare parts, store items as per requirement and maintain the inventory levels for smooth operation of plant.

• To receive the plant defective report from shift in charge and take corrective action to eliminate the Electrical fault.

• To make necessary arrangements about EHS compliances and to instruct the subordinate staff to follow the safety standards.

• To Prepare Monthly Generation &Distribution, shutdown, maintenance repots.
