I have thirteen years of work experience at hotels, cafés, and global franchises. Also, I have strong experience within point-of-sale space, having worked with Oscar managing relations with clients such as Shell, Dunkin Donuts, Cinnabon, etc.

At Hotel Guilford, I worked closely with the head chef to manage then entire back of kitchen. I was also responsible for sourcing quality ingredients, and helping design seasonal menus. At Nandos & Vanilla Cream, I managed the end to end cooking operations and staff.
