Teaching Philosophy:

My teaching philosophy centers on the belief that education should empower students to become independent thinkers and lifelong learners. By encouraging students to apply theoretical concepts in practical contexts, I aim to deepen their understanding and critical thinking skills. Through challenging assignments and open-ended questions, I encourage students to think critically and creatively. I also believe in the importance of mentorship and provide guidance to students beyond the classroom. 

Research Philosophy:

My research philosophy is rooted in the belief that knowledge creation is best achieved through interdisciplinary collaboration. This includes employing robust methodologies, conducting thorough literature reviews, and critically analyzing data to ensure the validity and reliability of my findings. I am committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and transparency in all aspects of my research, from data collection to dissemination of results. I believe research should have a meaningful impact on society. 

Service Philosophy:

I view service as a vital component of my role as an academic. I believe in giving back to the academic community that has provided me with invaluable opportunities for growth and learning. I believe in leveraging the collective expertise and diverse perspectives of colleagues to make informed decisions that benefit the institution and its stakeholders. I am committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of academia.
