Works as Team Leader tetra Pak Maintenance 

• Successfully delivered classroom and online trainings to operators and technicians to enhance technical skills
• To ensure smooth run of High-speed Tetra Filling, Packing lines, UHT Plant   and machine accessories with maximum efficiency at low maintenance cost. 
• Perform Breakdown analysis to find out and eliminate the problem root causes instead of problem symptoms with the help of Breakdown analysis and WCM, TPM methodology.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly UHT Plant and Machine efficiencies, downtimes and make short term and long-term action plans to enhance reliability. 

Provide hands on support to team during breakdowns and troubleshooting of
