Contractor Experience 

Coordinating between on-going projects and project management teams for resource management, cost controlling and monitoring actual work progress

against internal approved work schedules and allocated budgets.

Responsible as a Cost Controller for Sanitary Renovation project in Salwa, Kuwait City Maintenance Project and Gulf University Science and Technology

(Cost Plus contract) project.

Negotiate and finalize deals with different supplier / sub-contractor, facilitating preparation and final negotiation and awarding the subcontract.

/ Supply agreements. Responsible for the total subcontract administration on the project including correspondences and disputes / conflict resolving.

Kept a proper documentation to protect the rights of company in case of any future claims/disputes.

Followed-up with Legal Department for on-going claims and cases in courts by supporting with required justifications or substantial information required.
