Notably, I have been designated as NSR - "Nominate Social Responsible" and TR - Technical Representative by my company, entrusted with overseeing diverse projects on behalf of buyers.

A significant achievement has been my involvement in refining the Chemical & Environment Management System to achieve HIGG Index and ZDHC targets. My adherence to ZDHC protocols for wastewater test report submissions on the ZDHC gateway portal has been consistent. I proudly achieved the highest percentage in HIGG Index third-party validation. Furthermore, my efforts led to securing LEED platinum certification for a Denim Mill, a testament to my commitment to sustainable practices.

Handle Compensation & Benefits, Monitor policies, Objectives, values, Code of Conduct, benefits, attendance, meal and rest periods, Induction/ Orientation, Develop & control departmental Organogram & JDs, Implement and develop training culture, Foster new policies, and requirements, Capable to handle / Monitor strength of the workforce.
