Drive the vision, design, strategy of the engineering team (IP/DATA, Cloud and Security) and work closely with the CEO to build a strong and world-class technology team.

• Leading all aspects of the product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, strategic planning, design/architecture, execution, delivery/deployment, and post sales maintenance. 
• Manage goals and the day-to-day activities of the engineering teams as well as the management execution of projects against delivery commitments/project plans
• Providing scalable, high quality, and cost-effective solutions (Cloud/Datacenter/Data/HR) for business and sales team 
• Responsible to build strong customer relationship ensuring the cost-effective solution designing, deployment and smooth transition for cloud/datacenter/Data and other services
• Responsible to design and implement various solutions for company’s products including data centers, Cloud, IP/Data services, Voice, FTTx, Managed Services, help desk as service/IT outsourcing
• Designed hybrid cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) using CEPH, vSAN, and HPE/Dell SANs, tailored for enterprise clients.
• Migrated legacy cloud environments to VMware clusters with vMotion and fault tolerance, improving uptime and scalability.
