Services offered
With over 15 years of post-qualification experience in procurement planning, tendering, contract management, and compliance with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) regulations and donor-funded project guidelines, I bring strong technical expertise aligned with the requirements of this role.
Currently serving as Procurement Specialist at the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Ministry of Commerce, I have successfully led end-to-end procurement cycles for complex, high-value contracts covering goods, works, and consultancy services. I ensure full compliance with PPRA rules, World Bank procurement regulations, and donor-specific frameworks while maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the process.
My responsibilities include preparing and reviewing bidding documents, RFPs, evaluation reports, and contract agreements; managing contract administration and supplier performance; and resolving contractual issues efficiently. I work closely with cross-functional teams to support procurement planning, budget execution, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
I have extensive experience drafting TORs, developing evaluation criteria, and conducting competitive, transparent bidding processes for multi-million-dollar projects. My approach focuses on achieving value for money, strengthening governance, mitigating risks, and delivering results in line with international best practices.
I am confident that my professional expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical procurement will contribute effectively to achieving KWSSIP’s objectives. I welcome the opportunity to further discuss how my skills and experience can support the successful delivery of the project.
