  I have Fifteen years (2005 to present) professional experience in development sectors  with different national and international organization like. SDF, WHH, CRS, IRC, RHRO( Relief human Rights Organizationand implemented different international donor projects in Sindh, Punjab Khyber Pukhtunkhwa (USAID, DFID, OFDA,UNICEF, CARITAS Austria + Italy + Swiss, TROCAIRE, France, UNICEF, Germany) donors. I have experience and got the chance to work in the sector of Education, livelihood, Emergencies, conflict management, WATSAN, Hygiene and government communities trust building, community infrastructures schemes and DRR in  different districts of Sindh and KPK-Pakistan. I have been the part of   diverse teams of professional, where I completed the assignments within given time budget and  with quality parameters. From last 9 years working in Education project in CRS and IRC on different position and specialty is to conduct training of teachers, Student urdu reading improvement and PTC training and conflict resolution, training of teachers on Face to face and multi grade and activities based methodologies. Coordination with education department and training on effective implementation and monitoring of school.

  • To manage  and supervise CRS education program both soft and hard component, 37 teachers trained on multi grade and joyful training, mentoring of teacher lesson implementation, 37 PTC training, 37 hygiene promotion session, 18 Mother Groups formed and trained) and hard activities (access 27 infrastructure, water and sanitation facilities) in Shangla and Kohistan Districts.

  • Worked closely with beneficiaries, local leaders and govt officials for the transparent Registration of seven hundred and fifty  Off camp families of  Malakand division   IDPs in District Mardan.
  • Managed  partners teams and capacity building for the effective implementation of the program and quality of the seven hundred and fifty shelter and seven hundred and fifty sanitation installation and provided O&M session.
  • Coordination with other Organization, Govt department for smooth implementation.
  • Managed the “Cash Grant” partner teams of “ LASOONA and EPS” in District Swat, make ensured 
  • the registration of 7000 families  and provided  28000000 PKR  28 Million PKRs with in 3 Months.
