I have Fifteen years (2005 to present) professional experience in development sectors with different national and international organization like. SDF, WHH, CRS, IRC, RHRO( Relief human Rights Organizationand implemented different international donor projects in Sindh, Punjab Khyber Pukhtunkhwa (USAID, DFID, OFDA,UNICEF, CARITAS Austria + Italy + Swiss, TROCAIRE, France, UNICEF, Germany) donors. I have experience and got the chance to work in the sector of Education, livelihood, Emergencies, conflict management, WATSAN, Hygiene and government communities trust building, community infrastructures schemes and DRR in different districts of Sindh and KPK-Pakistan. I have been the part of diverse teams of professional, where I completed the assignments within given time budget and with quality parameters. From last 9 years working in Education project in CRS and IRC on different position and specialty is to conduct training of teachers, Student urdu reading improvement and PTC training and conflict resolution, training of teachers on Face to face and multi grade and activities based methodologies. Coordination with education department and training on effective implementation and monitoring of school.
