I am a progressive, solution-oriented Engineering Manager with more than 19 years of diversified experience in national /multinational Telecom company’s rollout/installation of Optical Fiber and Wireless Infrastructure, OSP, and O&M maintenance, and ensuring smooth operation for delivery of services as well as business growth for the company. 

I  am managing teams for network and delivery services providing support to Sales/PreSales in customers solutions and Delivery services to customers B2B, B2G, and B2C as per agreed SLA/KPIs, arranging Site Acquisitions & Right of Way (ROW) and resolving matters facing field team during operation, Vendors Management and governance of services as per contract SLAs/KPIs, Project Management of different rollouts & deliver different projects, devise business cases and budgeting of OPEX /CAPEX optimization of Telecommunication Networks in assigned roles and positions by my organizations. Currently, I am working as Regional Manager Fixed Network Operation in VEON group multinational organization JAZZ, the biggest telecom company in Pakistan with customers worth more than 70 Million. 

The Association of Telecom Operators in Pakistan named “Pakistan Telecommunication Access Providers Association (PTAPA”) elected me as Vice President to lead and resolve matters of Telecom Operators regarding site acquisitions ROW and issues faced during the operation of telecom networks. 

My professional strengths also include managing/supervising Telecommunication services, managing budgeting of business plans/projects, strategy and business development, OSP and O&M work, Rollout/Installation of Optical Fiber Networks, Fixed Networks, Wireless Infrastructure as well as services delivery to customer end, Vendors management, Site acquisition, Technical procurement, facilitate to Sales/Pre Sales, Services Delivery & Support and of course pivotal to everything - "Customer Care".  

I have an engineering professional degree in Electronics Engineering completed from NED University of Engg. & Tech., Karachi Pakistan. 

From an organizational point of view, I consider myself a business tool.
