I am currently working as Duty Manager at Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore which is the largest five-star hotel in Pakistan, I would also like to share that in past more than 9 years I have worked in different organizations which includes Banking Sector, Customer Service, Foreign Trade and excellent in guest services complains handling and immediately sort out the issues in a professional & accordingly to the SOP of the organization.

I am currently working as Duty Manager at Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore which is largest five-star hotel in Pakistan, consists of 539 luxurious rooms and 66 Suites, Seven Restaurants, numerous conference Banquet Halls and Board rooms. An ideal hotel to stay in the Heart of Pakistan Lahore and runs over sixty to sixty five percent YTD occupancy.

I would also like to share that in past more than 9 years I have worked in different organizations which includes Banking Sector, Customer Service, Foreign Trade and excellent in guest services complains handling and immediately sort out the issues in a professional & accordingly to the SOP of the organization.

I have excellent communication skills, problem solving, listening to the guest issues and resolve in a professional way to satisfy the guest. 

I have done my Bachelors degree in Arts & Science, Diploma in Computer Hardware and excellent in Microsoft office.
