KEY/ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise, monitor, and control plant operations in Control Room DCS and Field to maintain desired operating conditions.
  • Prepare daily production and dispatch report summaries for shift In charge.
  • Take decisive actions as Production Supervisor / Senior Control Room Operator during troubleshooting, emergencies, and equipment failures, coordinating with relevant personnel.
  • Production optimization, Plant Startups, Shutdowns, and Emergencies handling as per procedures.
  • Prepare and review standard operating procedures aligned with SHE Policies, HAZOP Study, and Process Optimization, Plant Modifications.
  • Compile and manage maintenance forms, records, reports, and data logging.
  • Perform Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis for equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with NEQS standards, ESD, F&G inhibits, and overrides to maintain personnel safety.
  • Participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities for LPG/Gas dehydration plants. Working on different assignments, like Pressure Test, Leak Test, Process Hazards Analysis, Nitrogen Purging, Vessels commissioning & Machinery test run operations
  • Monitor facility assets, well heads, and valve assemblies for anomalies, Make prompt decisions for emergency shutdown (Level-1 or Level-2) depending upon the criticality or raise Fire/emergency alarms.
  • Meet production targets while adhering to Life Critical Procedures, plant policies, SOPs, and JSAs.
  • Monitor process conditions, making adjustments to optimize processes and maintain product specifications.
  • Operate Gas Dehydration facility via DCS (Centum CS-3000) Yokogawa, following SOPs.
  • Supervise field operators, manage gas, oil/condensate, and produced water within contractual limits.
  • Perform shift duties, manage plant's control panel, monitor operations with HMI screens and DCS trends.
  • Start up and shut down plant equipment under Production Supervisor's guidance.
  • Support HSE processes, comply with regulations, promote environmental consciousness, ensure safe practices.
  • Troubleshoot process issues, adjust to maintain processing units online.
  • Conduct routine equipment check-ups to ensure standard operation.
  • Perform periodic oil and gas sampling, manage chemical inventory, send samples to lab.
  • Test well production rates using separators or flow meters.
  • Issue Safe Work Permits, initiate Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, conduct confined space surveys.
  • Coordinate with contractors, monitor activities, intervene as needed.
  • Complete log sheets, maintain daily event log, participate in shift handovers.
  • Implement PTW system, SIMOPS, manage records through Maximo.
  • Log key parameters for process analysis, handle emergency situations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance department for CM/PM activities on critical switches.

Produced Water Treatment / Enhance Oil Recovery (EOR) Unit:

  • Team member of MOL in-house Project of Flash Gas & NGL Diversion from CPF to MGPF that resulted in production of extra 30 M.Tons of LPG per day.
  • Team member of MOL in-house project of Makori East raw gas diversion from MGPF to CPF.
  • Team Member of Erection & Commissioning of MOL Central Processing Facility.
  • Active participation in safe execution of more than 10 Annual Turnaround of MOL and POL process plants
  • Participate in Erection & Commissioning of Cryogenic Plant (Makori Gas Processing Facility).
  • Diversion of CPF CSO scrubbers drain towards condensate stabilizer to minimize slop vessel HC emission and enhance LPG recovery.
  • Commissioning of Enhanced Oil recovery Unit, Produced Water Treatment & Water Degassing Unit.
